#YouAsTheNarrator is an ever growing group. Even though we are small, the owner is trying hard to deliver the best service they can and keep the group as active as possible. But, nobody can run a group all alone and thus, servants are needed in order to keep the flow of service.
Below are the lists of available staff positions at this time. Please take pride in reading over each and every one before applying. Remember to ask yourself the following questions: Do I have time? Am I ready to take on the simple responsibilities? Is this the staff position for me? Do I really have the time? Will I be able to contribute like the staff position is expecting me to? Can I communicate efficiently with other members and staff? Do I have the time? Have I even completed a prompt (and or Meme)? Do I seriously have the damn time?

Also: There are a few mandatory basic requirements in order to become part of the staff here at #YouAsTheNarrator:
o Must have a general understanding of the position you are applying for.
o Been a member of DeviantART for longer than nine months.
o Must be active in the group. By Submitting no less than three times a month. (Important)
o Be a member of the group. (Very Important)
Position of the Gallery Moderator would be to skim through pending submissions and accept them. Gallery Mod must have a keen eye and use proper judgment in making sure submissions are placed correctly. There are mature and Non-Mature folders so Gallery Mod should be able to tell if submissions with “mature” tags really need them. If a submission is denied then a concrete explanation must be given.

Character Bio Moderators
This position is similar to the Gallery Moderator but limited only to the Character Bio Folder. The Character Bio Moderator is responsible for making sure Bios are accepted as well as moved to the proper sub-category within the folder. They also make sure all Bios are in the correct format of the original Bio as well as checking for any flaws in original content. Commenting on Bios is optional but greatly appreciated.

The Chatroom Moderators help keep the peace within the chatroom specifically for the group. These Chatroom Mods make sure the chatroom rules are in order and that people have a steady supply of topics to discuss while there. Must be somewhat energetic and talkative (preferred). The chatroom is slowly dying so these people are in high demand at this time.

Promotion Moderators help push our group along by providing newsletters, polls, blogs, other events, contests, whatever is needed in order to help the group become more active as well as bring about new members. This particular Moderator is broken up into five groups: News, Polls, Blogs, other events, ect . Although one can apply to them all as a whole, each Promotion Mod will be limited to their particular specialty. If you are applying for Ect… please provide your pitch.

Gallery Contributors are basically overactive members who have the special privilege of submitting without any restrictions. This means that for each week, they willingly submit three submissions in order to help the group stay active as well as build up the galleries.

The Commenting system is back and is now known as Comment Contributors. This position will require the Contributor to leave a six sentence comment on a member’s submission (this excludes the character bios). The comment is meant to be positive reinforcement and to help the author understand their strengths and weaknesses. No negative comments are allowed. Comment Contributors are required to submit a comment four times a week (if possible).
